How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Does PRIME Hydration contain allergens like gluten or soy?
PRIME Hydration is gluten-free and soy-free. However, it does contain coconut water, so individuals with tree nut allergies should consult a physician before consumption.
What is your return policy for beverages?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are there age restrictions for consuming PRIME products?
PRIME Hydration is suitable for all ages as it is caffeine-free. We recommend that PRIME Energy, which contains 200mg of caffeine, be consumed only by individuals 18 years of age or older.
